Indoor Ski Training Centre Opens in Ontario
Canada’s ski and snowboard community has a new indoor hub for year-round training with the launch of the MagicPow Ski & Snowboard Training Centre, now officially the country’s largest indoor facility of its kind.
Located at Unit 20, 45 Eric T Smith Way in Aurora, the 600-square-metre venue blends cutting-edge technology with professional-grade infrastructure. Designed by SNOW MONKEY, the centre features patented dry ski surfaces and two advanced dry ski machines—engineered to replicate the feel and technique of real snow, while offering enhanced control and safety.

The facility also includes a standard 3-metre big air feature, allowing athletes to practise aerial manoeuvres in a controlled environment. From first-timers to seasoned pros, MagicPow caters to all levels, offering efficient, progressive training that traditional machines often struggle to deliver—especially for carving and ground tricks.
Beyond training, the centre doubles as a retail space, integrating ski equipment sales with indoor resort operations. It’s a one-stop destination for skiers looking to sharpen their skills, gear up, and stay active regardless of the season.
