Major New Dry Ski Facility Opens in China
A major new dry ski centre has opened in the Chinese province of Hebei.
The new Guantao JF Dry Ski Four Seasons Ski Resort features three dry slopes with a combined surface area of about 9,000 square metres.
The runs include a challenging mogul slope, an intermediate slopes and a beginner run.
“We just finished all the installation last week, and the slopes are looking great!” a spokesperson for the slope’s supplier, JF DrySki, commented.
The centre’s operators next plan to add a 25 metre high Big Air slope in the near future.
The existing 9,000 square metres of slopes already place the facility within the 10 largest in China and the 25 largest in the world, even before more slopes are added.
