New Adventure Centre Adds Dry Slope & Tubing in Greece

Italy’s Neveplast has created a new installation in Greece combining an an all-year-round Alpine ski slope and two 90-metre-long Tubby tubing runs

The new ski and tubing slopes have been installed in the municipality of Northern Tzoumerka, in the Epirus region of northwestern Greece. This breathtaking area lies within the central Pindus mountain range, the largest in the country, and is known for its unspoiled nature and stunning alpine scenery. It’s a truly unique mountainous destination with strong potential for sustainable, year-round tourism.

The ski slope, with a skiable surface of 1,500 m², has been designed to offer the perfect environment for all abilities from beginners just gettiong started to more experienced skiers wishing to train in every season.

The Tubby runs, with their exciting curves and smooth glide, are designed to offer fun and thrills for all ages. Families and children can experience the joy of sliding in a safe, controlled, and eco-friendly environment. This combination of sport and entertainment is a powerful driver for local tourism, encouraging outdoor activity and creating value for the territory throughout the year.

“We’re thrilled to contribute to the growth of mountain tourism in such a spectacular and promising region like Epirus. This new installation demonstrates how ski slopes and tubing runs can play a key role not only in offering fun and accessible activities 365 days a year, but also in creating a sustainable economic impact for local communities,” commented Olmo Balini, Sales Manager Neveplast

The project is part of a newly developed adventure park, designed to promote outdoor activities for all ages. The goal is to turn this area into a new centre for mountain recreation, combining skiing, tubing, hiking, and nature-based experiences.
