Professional Standard Summer Ski Training Centre Opens at Sport University
Shenyang Sport University in China’s Liaoning Province has created a summer ski training facility specifically designed for professional athletes, including those on the country’s national team.
Occupying a large 18,724 square metres area, with a building height of 20.4 metres, the complex features two professional-standard dry ski slopes: the Freestyle Ski Aerials Summer Training slope and the Snowboard Halfpipe Summer Training slope.
Both slopes have been created with advanced steel structures, with surfaces made of JF DrySki material to simulate a real skiing experience.
The Freestyle Ski Aerials Summer Training Centre is designed with multiple slopes of different difficulty levels, including complete beginners, one-week, two-week, and three-week jumps, to meet the training needs of athletes of different levels.
The new facility is expected to help athletes improve their technical skills, enhance their competitive strength, and be fully prepared for future competitions on snow.
