Skier Lands 37 Metre Front Flip On Jumping Hill Dry Slope

French ski instructor Anthony Robert has taken his dry slope freestyle jumping to new levels completing a 37 metre front flip on a ski hill in the Vosges region.

Robert has been making summer front flips on his local ski jump at the ski resort of Gerardmer for quite a few years now, progressively increasing the distance.

Posting video of his flip on Instagram, Robert skis down the inrun wearing short, slalom skis, drops onto the top of the ski jump matting where there’s a short wooden ramp he hits in order to make the flip, landing it on the dry slope below where ski jumpers would normally land.

Robert, also a keen surfer, has also posted video of him skiing leaves, sand and other non-snow surfaces gaining tens of thousands of likes.
